“We’ll get back to you !” is a famous and most dreaded phrase a candidate can hear from a HR on the recruitment day.
Here are some things that the candidates can do to push the recruitment process towards them.
- Follow up with an email thanking the interviewer for their time and re-expressing your desire for the job.
- Send your thank you email on the same day.
- Follow up with a phone call 3 days after the interview. Many hiring managers will observe the candidates who do follow up.
- Always show your keen to work for the company.
